The role of a Machine tools technician
A machine tools technician is a professional that could be located both in small and medium companies and in bigger industrial factories. Through the correct interpretation of technical designs, he is able to produce pieces and mechanical pairings both through bench manufacturing and through the use of machine tools. He is a professional who is able to use numerical control machine tools also for what concerns the schedule of the machine activities; he perfectly knows CAM methods and the programming modality and use of used machine tools.
A machine tools technician must also be able to read technical design and three-D design: he needs to know how to efficiently use a machine tool, how to program it, and to define the work sequences and technological parameters, identifying materials.
